You agree to use CalTally solely for lawful personal tracking and information. You are solely responsible for all content and activity occurring under your account.

4. Premium Subscriptions

If you opt for a premium subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as updated occasionally. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled beforehand.

5. Third-Party Services

CalTally integrates with services like Google Health Connect to import and export activity data. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

In no event shall CalTally be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
